TI and CC are sponsoring a design contest

well kind of, the details are online but the registration form says: "come back soon".

not very nice thing to-do, announce before the website is ready for registration.

From the above page you can navigate to registration but that all there is. 

But the announcement made me again aware of some of the luminary micros, seems there are some new and nice ones. Hmm.. SafeRTOS in ROM?

Hi Antti,
Followed the link above, looks like they got it ironed out and the upload is active. BTW, here in the US, Luminary has been actively supporting the FIRST robotics competitions which helps get high school students experienced with real engineering. Our firm helps mentor a local high school and we've done a number of Stellaris designs in real/production products, all very good/positive results.
