Cascade Microtech announces what's up for IMS2010 Hot

You can check out Cascade Microtech's wafer probe technology at Booth #1128 (on Agilent Avenue) May 23, 2010 - May 28, 2010  at the IEEE MTT-S IMS2010 show, Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, CA .

They will also be participating in a workshop on May 24, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
SiGe HBTs towards THz Operation - Measurement accuracy at mm-frequencies and beyond: on-wafer calibration vs. de-embedding techniques. Also, on May 27 from 11:30-11:50, stop by the MicroApps booth (#524) to see WinCal the microwave tool. Later on May 27th (12:10-12:30) you can see an application of second-tier VNA calibration with WinCal XE.
