- I am the director of product marketing with responsibility for global product introductions and marketing campaigns for the Xilinx next-generation flagship Virtex and Spartan FPGA products. I joined Xilinx in 2001 and have over 15 years of marketing and engineering experience in the programmable logic industry. Prior to joining Xilinx, I worked as an engineering manager in the advanced graphics and high-performance computation industries with Evans & Sutherland and LinuxNetworx, where I designed systems based on programmable logic to implement advance simulation environments and accelerators for data intensive computation. I have authored, published and presented globally in conferences, journals, and trade publications. I have a BS in computer engineering from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah and a MBA from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah.
