Answer
If you have a specific interest and expertise in a certain scientific or technological area, you may decide to create your own community. Simply click on the "Communities" item in the main navigation, then click on the "Create" link, and then follow the on-screen instructions. After checking that your proposed community fits in with the overall TechBites culture and philosophy, the TechBites administrator will email you to let you know as soon as your community has been activated. You will now be the Community Leader in charge of guiding the direction of your community, moderating discussions, creating content and soliciting content from any members who join your community, and so forth.
