Accelerating MATLAB using FPGAs ??
We all (or, some of us) have seen acceleration of MATLAB applications using the CUDA on GPUs. However, has anyone thought of accelerating MATLAB using FPGAs. After all the hype that they are fast, parallel, consume less power per calculation (and maybe difficult to program :-) ), it seems that they might produce (at least) the same or better results. What's your say?
