This community is all about the world of test and measurement. It will include topics that are related to design (DFT, ATPG, BIST etc), analysis, functional and conformance validation and measurement of electronic systems. The test and measurement industry creates both hardware and software that tackles the problems of ever lengthening test cycles and at the same time increasing demands for greater accuracy, higher definition and higher speeds. Its products are used in many industries including chip design, automotive, communications, medical and industrial.

My year in review

Another year has almost ended and many people will be enjoying the holiday with family and friends. I am very grateful to all of my friends over the past year, both in my work and social circles. I have put out two more books (ESL Models and their Application and TLM-driven Design and Verification) as well as more blogs than I care to mention and several white papers. I produced three fundamentals courses for EE Times and so much more that I can’t even remember. Now is the time of year that many companies start new projects for the New Year and I hope you will keep me in mind if you need a freelance writer – anywhere from a product brief to a book, someone to help putting together education materials, or delivering it or anything else that can use my unique talents in the engineering, marketing, writing and management fields.
