- About me
- I'm a software and hardware engineer and been in the computer and electronics industry for over 25 years. My days are spent either writing software for WinTel and PIC's or designing and building hardware; usually with a PIC embedded in it. I love anything technical, especially if I can take to pieces or it's got flashing lights on it.

I've just posted a new construction article on making an FM audio transmitter.

For anybody in the UK who wants to have a go at this beginners project, I have 3 spare etched and drilled PCB's to give away. Just drop me an Email if your interested and I'll send you one. Anybody not in the UK can still get a PCB, but you will have to cover the postage costs (which shouldn't be much as the boards are tiny).

I'd like to ask readers to write reviews, good or bad for Hobby Electronics items they've purchased. It doesnt have to be War and Peace, but try and include any good or bad points you've found.
Perhaps over time we can persuade some supplies to stop selling some of the rubbish that's current available.
