  • Around 21 years experience in the Semiconductor Industry, in the field of Network Switching Architecture, ASIC Design and Computer System Design. Currently Senior Manager Engineering (Architecture) in the Network Switching group of BROADCOM Corp., working on next generation BROADCOM Strata-XGS switching and router chipsets. Started career in 1989 in WIPRO - Global R&D, in area of Computer Hardware and ASIC design, deputed by WIPRO to work at OPTi semiconductor in USA for Pentium Pro (P6/ XEON) Processor Chipset development. In 1997, joined the S3-India group (INTEL Company). Thereafter in 2001, joined BROADCOM. Inventor on 39 Patents, currently filed in USA and as on date 12 patents have been issued by USA Patent Office Specialties:Expertise consists from a complete breadth of PC/PC-AT System Architecture to ASIC design to Software to Network Switching Architecture to People-Management
